We are hiring someone to complete Services Coordination and Revit modelling.

We have a developer in house and can write custom software to deliver the highest quality results in half the time.

We would prefer full-time hours but would consider a part-time position for the right person.

You can work from home or a local coworking space or the Melbourne office in Footscray.

Role activities include

Services Coordination meetings, Sub-contractor stage

• Assisting me to prepare for and run Services Coordination meetings with Sub-contractors.

• Converting Revit files to Navisworks format.

• Running clash detection in Navisworks.

• Grouping and assigning clashes in Navisworks.

• Pushing issues to Revizto.

• Reviewing and closing out outstanding issues.

• Issuing models and meeting minutes.

Revit modelling

• Modelling Clearance zones in Revit.

• Creating combined services reflected ceiling plans in Revit.

• Creating combined services penetration drawings in Revit.

• Modelling services, odd bits and  

Revit auditing and review

• Auditing Revit files for compliance with the BIM plan.

• Following the BIM plan checklist, use custom Revit plugins to export reports and compile reports.
