Adding a new grand stand, café, catering and event area, Cricket Victoria offices, outdoor training nets, indoor training area, pools, gym, upgrading the oval to be ICC compliant and upgrades to the existing stands.

- Review of Design BIM documentation
- Review of the Sub-Contractors BIM documentation
- Advising and educating builder on how to view and use the BIM information on an iPad on site
- Run Sub-Contractor services coordination meetings to ensure buildability and services coordination during install on site
- Live Client Presentations navigating through the BIM
